Terms of Service
By creating an account or using AgentivaFlow, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to act for the business connected to the account.
The service
AgentivaFlow answers visitors using information supplied by the account owner. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect, so businesses remain responsible for their products, prices, policies, claims and customer decisions. The service must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized content.
Trials, subscriptions and credits
- The free trial lasts for the period shown during signup and stops when that period ends or its credits are used.
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period. Monthly plan credits refresh each month and unused plan credits do not roll into the next monthly allowance.
- Purchased top-up credits remain on the account and are consumed after plan credits. They require an active trial or paid subscription to be used.
- For prepaid multi-month subscriptions, one monthly allowance is available at a time.
- A scheduled plan change takes effect for the next paid period after the current period ends and the new plan payment is approved.
Manual payments
Bank or wallet payments remain pending until an authorized owner matches the actual bank credit, transaction reference and receipt. Access is released only after approval. False, altered or duplicate receipts may be rejected and the related account may be suspended.
Availability and accounts
You are responsible for account security, authorized website installation and lawful collection of visitor information. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law. Planned maintenance and third-party failures may occasionally interrupt service.
Cancellation and liability
Manual subscriptions do not renew unless another payment is approved. You may stop renewing at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, AgentivaFlow is not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or business decisions based solely on an AI response.
